Intense ruby red color. Intense and complex bouquet with hints of ripe plum and green pepper. Soft, full-bodied, intense and persistent flavor.
We recommend it with red meats, game, lamb and aged cheeses. Try it with dark chocolate flavored with chilli pepper.
